Exhibit Hours:

Exhibition Hall Load-In: The exhibit hall will open on Monday, October 28, 2024 – 10:00 AM – 3:45 PM

Welcome Reception/Opening of Exhibition Hall:Monday, October 28 – 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Exhibition Hall Open: Tuesday, October 29 – 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Exhibition Hall Breakdown: Breakdown will begin on Tuesday, October 29 – 2:00 PM

Exhibitors will receive one badge for each booth purchased. Additional booth employee passes are available online

Cancellations / Substitution Policy

  • Cancellations (attendees & sponsors) received by August 18, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds are permitted after this date.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another employee/staff member within your organization.
  • Cancellations and transfer requests must be made in writing to SRAPPA.
