Rochester & Associates, Inc., was established in 1966 by B. Keith Rochester, RLS, as a surveying firm serving the Southeastern United States. Since that time, the firm has grown in size, number of offices and scope of services to become a multifaceted land development consulting firm.
Today, we offer a wide array of service offerings at Rochester & Associates, LLC. through five offices in Georgia (Gainesville, Fayetteville, Athens, Cartersville, Atlanta), including Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Design-Build Support, Project Management, Due Diligence, and Infrastructure.
