Booth sales and locations are assigned on a first-come first serve basis. You will be contacted directly by Tom Jones for assignment of your booth.
Please note all exhibitor transactions are final and in accordance with the Cancellation Policy for SRAPPA.
PEMIUM Booth space is SOLD OUT. We encourage you to book your space as early as possible as we SOLD OUT exhibit space in 2024.
Exhibition Hall Load-In: The exhibit hall load-in and set up will begin on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 – 10:00 AM – 3:45 PM (Athena E-J)
Welcome Reception/Opening of Exhibition Hall: Tuesday, October 7 – 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Exhibition Hall Open: Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exhibition Hall Breakdown: Breakdown will begin on Wednesday, October 8 – 2:00 PM

When ordering this service you ensure your package will be securely stored and handled up to a maximum of FIVE days before your event. This also includes the delivery of your packages to your booth on the day of load-in for your event.
Please note, if your materials arrive prior to 5 days before the event, or if you have not ordered material handling services, we may not be able to accept them.
All items may be delivered to the following address where they will be received by The Classic Center Security Staff.

Once you purchase your exhibitor booth, be sure to register your Booth for badge access for your representative and to get your company name and logo on our promotional material.
