Kishore Acharya received his CEFP certification in February 2021. He has twenty-two plus years of project management experience in higher education facilities management, more than five years of teaching and few years of teaching assistant experience, six plus years of civil engineering experience in Nepal, and some experience in computer programming. He has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Kentucky. He can speak English, Nepali, and Hindi. He has provided project leadership ranging from a couple thousand dollars to 90 million dollars ranging from new construction, demolition, renovation, and maintenance projects. He has managed project from conceptual design and estimate phase to the project completion and He is experienced in pre-construction, project planning and scheduling, contract administration, value engineering, project controls, change management, cost control, closeout process, project record keeping, and stakeholder management and communication. He is managing Bera College database on utilities, fire doors, emergency lights, and APPA FTE & inspection on housekeeping and grounds.
