Bill Rouse brings over 30 years of experience in educational facilities and auxiliary services, with a career that spans both K-12 and higher education environments. Beginning his work in school auxiliary programs and services, Bill’s focus on delivering efficient, high-quality campus services led him to operational support roles for schools/colleges, ultimately, to his current position as President of Campus Services Group (CSG). At CSG, Bill leads a mission-driven team committed to providing exceptional support services to schools and colleges. CSG specializes in delivering operational excellence in campus environments, partnering with institutions to improve outcomes, optimize resources, and elevate the student and staff experience.
Bill is an active member of APPA and regularly participates in key educational and operational associations such as NBOA, AISNE, PAISBOA, MISBO, NACUBO and others. He is a graduate of The Haverford School and earned his degree in Finance from Villanova University’s School of Commerce and Finance. He has also completed leadership development training through the Disney Institute. In addition to his professional work, Bill is deeply engaged in school governance—serving as a Board Member, Chair of the Facilities Committee, and a member of various Leadership Councils.
