He has worked closely with Randy Hamilton, Director of Operations for the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, to develop their water damage response plan and train their facilities team, as he regularly works with institutions to boost preparedness for water intrusions, air quality issues, and other environmental and safety hazards.

Randy Hamilton, CEFP, ACE, manages a 700-member facilities team at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville that’s responsible for Pest Control, Wildlife, Abatement, Moving, Event Setups, and Fire, Water and Flood Remediation and Build-Back – and the resulting Insurance and Billing. His 50 facilities team supervisors recently completed Ready 2 Respond hands-on flood First Responder Training to further expand their readiness for future water emergencies.
